I have a particular interest in Hen Harriers. A rare upland raptor. The males colloquially known as the “Ghost of the moor”. Sadly, despite their legal protection Hen Harriers are still persecuted: shot flying over or nesting on grouse moors.

I volunteer for the RSPB Hen Harrier nest watch scheme and take every opportunity to learn more about these beautiful birds. Over the next few years I intend to build a portfolio of images and film and tell their story…
